Trojans Swim to secnd place finish at Conference


(Kenosha, WI)  For the second year in a row, the Tremper Girls Swimmers and Divers place second in the southeast conference meet held at Park high school in Racine, with a score of 350 points. Saturdy morning, Jessica Stoffi took second overall with a strong showing in diving earning 313.90.

The Tremper 200 freestyle relay team of Hanna Oates, Katie Mahoney, Megan Mahoney and Jennifer Kwas took second place. Third place finishes by Jennifer Kwas in the 50 yard freestyle and Katie Mahoney in the 500 yard freestyle and the 400 freestyle relay team of Oates, M Mahoney, K Mahoney and Kwas were the top finishers.




The season continues with the Sectional Meet diving Friday, November 2d and and swimming on Saturday November 3th as the Trojans will attempt to send their swimmers and divers to Madison for the State Championships.  The Sectional Meet will take place at the Tremper Pool with diving beginning Friday with warm-ups at 3:30 in the afternoon and diving at 5:30 PM.. Swimming warmups will start Saturday at 12:30, The Meet starting at 2:00 PM


Be sure to be on hand to cheer on your Trojan Swimmers and Divers as they attempt to secure their places at the UW Natatorium on November 10th.
