1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cooking oil
pinch a salt
drop of water  (this is the swim coach add on secret   (ha ha)
 
Preheat skilled over medium heat.  Mix all ingredients until smooth.  Makes 8-10 pancakes.
